Red Rock Bistro & Bar is a lovely restaurant on the water in Swampscott, just outside of Boston.  The view of Boston's skyline at night is quite a sight from the restaurant's window seats, which make up the whole side of the restaurant.

The Caesar's Salad was oil based, and had a dominating anchovy flavor, even though they delivered whole anchovies on the side instead of layering them on top.  The Parmesan cheese was fresh and flavorful, and the pumpernickel croutons added a different flare, but the salad was also lacking in garlic.  On the whole, the flavor was not consistent throughout.  

A nice, romantic place to visit, with an acceptable Caesar Salad....

PS - the Bed and Breakfast Inn down the road is fabulous (Diamond District Breakfast Inn).
